A year in the making, I spent all summer tending my garden and growing my relationship with the flowers I paint. I carefully selected the flowers, greens, vintage vessel, and fabric to capture the mood of abundance.
What was intended to be an underpainting captured my imagination and became a monochromatic masterpiece of its own.
This is an original acrylic painting on stretched canvas measuring 16 x 20 x 0.75 inches. It is finished with a UV-protective varnish.
