Refund policy
Original artwork, prints, cards, and home products in resalable condition may be returned or exchanged, minus the cost of return shipping. Please me within 7 days of receipt; no returns will be accepted beyond 7 days of receipt. The client is responsible for safely re-packaging the item in the original packaging. Items that are damaged due to improper packaging will not be refunded. Returns of original artwork are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Seasonal items including ornaments and gift sets are final sale.
Items that are customized in any way, including custom framing, are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Commissioned artwork is non-refundable. If you choose to cancel a commission, you may be partially refunded based on the amount of work that has already been completed. Please read commission terms for additional information.
If your item is damaged in shipping, please contact me immediately and save all packaging materials. I offer a full refund or replacement for damaged or incorrect items.
No refunds will be given for orders placed to the wrong delivery address, or for items stolen or damaged after delivery.
Items purchased within 24 hours before a sale begins will be eligible for a price adjustment upon request, in the form of store credit.
