The perfect pastel chinoiserie panel art for a little girl's nursery, a feminine bedroom, an elegant dining room, or a light and airy living room!

My original painting is reproduced on a canvas gallery wrap. The image continues around the edges of the canvas, so it arrives ready to hang, with the option to frame. The artwork is printed with acid-free ink that will last without fading. Unframed canvas wraps are 1.25" deep. Frames are 1.75" deep and add to the height and width of the artwork.

My take on chinoiserie is completely my own. I learned traditional Chinese painting as a teenager, and now I combine that style of brush strokes with acrylic paint in bold yet elegant compositions.

In shades of blush pink, sage green, and classic blue and white, flowering cherry and peony blossoms frame birds, a hummingbird, and a butterfly. Soft grass, daffodils, and violet flowers frame the bottom of the scene.

I recommend pairing with my "June" canvas wrap so the scene will continue between the two panels, or pair April, May, and June for a set of three!
